Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the electronic items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original box with all included cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it, and affix it to the outside of your shipping carton.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and use the provided tracking number to monitor your return's arrival at our warehouse.
